Hey, guys! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We performed in our annual “Little Light” concert, which my husband puts on every year. A group of local musicians, including us, perform together and sell tickets to benefit a charity. This year, the money went to Band Together Pittsburgh. It is an organization which helps youth with Autism through music programs! Music truly is so healing. We were so happy to be able to help them out by just doing what we love with people we love. To anyone reading this who came this weekend, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support!
The holiday season in the fashion industry always means brands are bringing their absolute best, especially in the dress department! I am a total sucker for a great holiday dress. Since I shop mostly online, I order a whole bunch, then pick what I need for certain events. Since I had quite the haul at my house over the weekend, I decided to try them all on for you and show you my favorites this year! I have linked all of these below the photos of me wearing them along with others at affordable prices and size options. I’ve also linked shoes and accessories that I think would compliment each dress! Please forgive me for not using professional photography for this post! I always do for my blog photos, but this time is an exception 🙂
First, is this adorable fit’n flare from Alice & Olivia. It actually came out later in the fall, but it is perfect for the holidays, and now it’s on sale! I love the billowing sleeves and wrap style. It’s so flattering on every body type! The color is so rich and beautiful. It would be a hit at any of your holiday parties!
Next up is another great wrap dress by BB Dakota! This one I found at Shopbop.com. It has such an interesting velvety texture to it. The color is to die for. I love this deep emerald green. It looks amazing on any skin tone! It’s such a fun and flirty dress. You’ll feel like a million bucks in this one without having to spend it!
This Ronny Kobo mock turtleneck dress is my current FAVORITE! I just wore to an event last week and not only is it really comfortable, but it’s so different and everyone loved it! It has a sheer overlay on top of a slip. The overlay is covered with a beautiful velvet floral pattern and topped off with a velvet tie at the waist and the cuffs on the sleeves. It’s stretchy so you can move, breathe, and EAT! My kinda dress.
I’ve had this dress by House of Harlow on my Instagram previously. It love the vintage vibes! I feel like Megan from Mad Men in this dress! The color blocking is so on trend, and red and pink are perfect for the holidays! The satin is so soft and shiny. You’ll definitely stand out in this one!

How fun is this little polka dot number?! This one by L’Academie is so flirty, too! It has a cute western vibe to it with the v-shaped waistline. I think it would look best with some booties! It zips up the back and is also really comfortable.
Speaking of New Year’s Eve, this Alice + Olivia dress would be an awesome choice! It’s black velvet with gold embroidered sequins in a brocade pattern. So sophisticated and sexy! It’s also stretchy so you can dance the night away! (and eat… always have room in the dress to eat! haha)

I can’t get enough of this Apiece Apart metallic wrap dress! It’s so pretty! It has multi-colored metallic strands woven through black fabric. It’s so different and beautiful. I love how it’s cut asymmetrically at the bottom. The ruffle detail gives it such a feminine vibe. It’s so different, you can be sure you won’t be twinning with anyone else at the party in this one!
I can’t do a holiday dress list without including an ASTR the Label dress! This plunging, shoulder padded, 80-s inspired dress is so fun! I love the silhouette! It has 80s rockstart written all over it. The rhinestones down the sleeves make it super festive. I also love that it’s not really short while being so low cut. This one is stretchy, too, so it’s pretty comfortable for being a fitted dress.
I am kind of dying over this one by Lovers + Friends! I love this polka dot maxi dress so much! It has sheer, balloon sleeves, a faux wrap waist, and a high/low cut. It’s so soft and satiny. This one is definitely another stand-out!
I hope you loved these holiday dresses! Let me know in the comments which is YOUR fav and what your New Years plans are, too! Have a great Monday, babes! <3
