Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you got out and enjoyed the nice weather! It warmed up here in Pittsburgh, so Barkley finally got to spend some time outside! We went for a walk and visited his favorite neighborhood pups, and he came along for some blog photos, too! He is such a natural in front of the camera! LOL!

I’m excited to share some Easter dress looks with you! I’ve been having a lot of chronic pain lately, and I’ll share more about that in a different post, but I just want you to know how much I appreciate you supporting this space. I love fashion and styling pieces so much and it makes me happy to share it with all of you. It really helps me through the discomfort and is healing in it’s own way. It’s been such a great creative outlet for me. I appreciate each and every one of you who follow along and encourage me to do what I love! It means so much. I love the messages I get from you guys, too! They always come at the perfect time, when I really need to read them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! <3

I found this pretty green, pastel, floral wrap dress by Love, Fire at Nordstrom! I love the ruffles, the tied bow at the waist, and the pretty floral pattern! It is so feminine and flirty. The sleeves are what really do it for me, though! I’m obsessed with balloon sleeves! They give this dress a vintage flair, and I love it! It’s such a light and airy dress that flows and sways when you walk. Twirling is a must in this one! It’s a perfect Easter dress as it has springtime written all over it!

FYI, if you are thinking of purchasing this dress, you will want to go up a size. It states this on the website, but I’ll remind you here, too! It runs pretty small. So, don’t think you just blew up over night, it’s not you, it’s the dress, haha!

I am also loving pastels of any kind this season! They’re so soft and pretty and take me back to the 90s… Oh, the good old 90s. Florals are still huge, and bohemian looks, too! I also am digging on the blazer dress and it makes a great Easter chic look!

Hey, ladies (and gents, if you’re joining us, too!)! Hope you had a great weekend! We had a nice one. The sun has peeked it’s head out in Pittsburgh, and it gives me hope that spring is on it’s way! Springtime means parties, showers, and the beginning of wedding season! So, to prepare you to look your best, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite mini-dresses out right now!

Mini Dresses
On our balcony at Allure Chocolat Hotel, Cartagena, Colombia!

I recently attended my cousin’s wedding in Cartagena, Colombia. It was INCREDIBLE! The first night we were there they so graciously hosted a rooftop party for all of the guests who had traveled to see them tie the knot. I picked this adorable, flirty Misa Los Angeles dress to wear that night and it was perfect. It’s so comfortable. I love the elastic at the waist, that gives you shape, yet you can breathe and eat with no discomfort! The whole silhouette is really flattering on anyone. The ruffles are so feminine and fun! Misa Los Angeles always has great dresses for any kind of event or everyday wear, too. This color of the dress is sold out, but I have linked the other colors and patterns still available.

With warmer temps upon us, I wanted to show you some of my favorite mini dresses for this season! I love the romantic florals, soft pastel colors, ruffles, and lace. They all embody the spirit of spring and new beginnings! <3

Hope you found something you love! I’d love to hear what your favorites are. Have a wonderful week! đŸ™‚

Hey, friends! Hope you had a great weekend! We had a fun one! We hosted a Wine & Vinyl Party with a bunch of our friends. One of our best friends, Anthony Molinaro, is a musician and DJ and he just started a new project where he comes into your home or event and does wine pairings with music! So, for every wine description, he matches a few songs to go along with the description and people sip the flight while listening. It was such a unique idea! Everyone had a blast. If you are in the Pittsburgh area and you’re interested in hosting one yourself, you can find him here. It’d be a great idea for a fun Valentine’s Day party!

Speaking of Valentine’s Day, it’s coming up fast! We are actually scheduled to head to Cartagena, Columbia on the 15th, so we decided to celebrate a bit early while we were in Charleston with a romantic dinner at one of our favorite spots, the Charleston Grill. If you haven’t yet, check out my “Guide to Charming Charleston”. It’s a great city and perfect for a romantic getaway, too!

My Top Picks for V-Day Dresses!

We love the Charleston Grill because it is so cozy, romantic, has a great jazz music vibe, the service is incredible, and the food is always absolutely amazing! Plus, it’s just fancy enough that you can wear your favorite dress, too! I love nothing more than getting dressed up for a night out! So, for Valentine’s Day, I wanted a dress that was romantic and sweet. I found this floral satin dress by LPA at Revolve and it was perfect! It has a really pretty floral pattern to it with a pop of red petals, so fitting for your Valentine’s Day date! I love the puffy sleeves. They are a great vintage throwback that really make a style statement. The dress buttons up the front and has a nice sash to cinch in your waist! I paired it with my favorite pair of chunky, ankle strap heels from Express, and beige half-moon bag I found on Amazon. This exact one is sold out, but I’m linking one just like it! This look is classy and elegant, yet still fun and flirty, too.
