Flare Pants & Eyelet Tops!

Hey, friends! Happy May 1st! I have been soooo busy, I can’t even keep my head on straight! I started physical therapy last week for my back, hips, and SI joints, and they want me to come twice a week. So now I have that, plus my weekly chiropractic appointment, IV and injection appointment, massage therapy appointment, plus the blog work (which is way more than it probably looks like!), and keeping up with my protocols, diet, and keeping my house clean and family happy – all while dealing with a crazy amount of fatigue and often times pain. It is a lot. But, I know I’m not alone. So many of you deal with it, too, or your own challenges. I’m sure you can relate! One day I hope to find some more balance, LOL!

I wanted to share about two trends I’m really loving right now: Eyelet tops and flare pants and jeans! As you can see, I’m rocking them together in these pics! I love the combo. It’s fresh and very vintage inspired!

I found this adorable eyelet top at Lulu’s! I love the puffy sleeves and the peplum at the bottom. It looks so summery! It’s really comfortable too, because it has an elastic waist instead of a fitted waist with a zipper. It would look so cute with any kind of bottoms like shorts, denim, or skirts! I’ve linked this top in white and black below, along with some other great eyelet tops from Lulu’s as well!

I've also found some other awesome eyelet tops at other retailers that I had to share! So many different colors and styles. I want them all, haha! They're a great summer wardrobe staple!

I'm also really loving flare leg pants! I am so ready for a change from skinny jeans and pants. I still love and own them, but something new and exciting is always fun! They are so flattering on everyone, too! I love how they bring some balance to the bottom of your frame. They are perfectly 70's inspired, too, which I LOVE!

I found these cute tie waist flare pants at Express! They are SO COMFY! Seriously, they are so soft, not stiff at all! No digging into your waist with these guys. I'm in love with the color! It looks so good with white for warmer months! You can definitely rock these into the fall and winter with warmer tones or black. These were an awesome find!

I also found these button fly flares from Express that I love! They even come in petite and tall sizes! Finding flares for petites is always a challenge, so I was super pumped! I love the color. It's perfect for spring and summer. They will look so much more fashionable even with a tank top or a tee than your usual skinnies! I'd definitely invest in a pair. These ones are so soft and comfortable. They're also made with recycled plastic bottles, so you can feel good about your purchase, too! They're more eco-friendly!
